Cashless System for Purchasing Food and Drink - Sep 20

Year 8 – Y11 Students

The use of the cash top up machines in school will not be permitted. Please ensure that you regularly top up your child’s dinner money account on Parentmail to prevent any issues when purchasing food.

Y7 Students Only

Our catering provider (Taylor Shaw) has confirmed that they will provide change for Y7 students who bring cash to purchase food. This is a temporary arrangement. As soon as your child is on roll with us in September, we will work with Parentmail to set up your Parentmail account as soon as we are able. Once the set-up is complete you will receive an invite email or text from Parentmail containing a link. It is important that you action the link as soon as you receive it, so that you are able to top up dinner money balances and your child is able to obtain their lunch without the need to bring cash into school. The top up of dinner money using the machines in school will not be permitted. There is a parent support page on Parentmail which will answer any questions you may have.
