The move from being a child to becoming an adult is a big change for all young people.

Attend Sheffield City Council’s SEND: Preparing for Adulthood Info Event to discover a range of education, health and social care services that can support your family through this process.

The event will take place at Sharrow Community Forum, from 9:30am-12pm on Wednesday 6th December.

Families of young adults with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) are welcome to attend and discuss how they can best prepare for the future. Guests will have the opportunity to speak with officers from a variety of services - from education and health to social care and transport – and have the chance to ask questions, access support and seek bespoke guidance for their situation.
