VIP visit to Stocksbridge High School - Dr Marie Tidball, MP for Penistone and Stocksbridge.

We welcomed Dr Marie Tidball for the official grand opening of our new Whitwell Library. She took the afternoon to visit and also spent time in our SEND support spaces chatting to the students, meeting members of the school council and finally sat with a group of KS3 students who talked earnestly about their love of reading and the opportunities to improve their literacy skills here at school.

We would love to see you again soon and are planning a visit down to the Houses of Parliament.
