Applying for a Pass

If you believe your child would benefit from any of the adjustments outlined, please complete the application form and return it to the school office. All passes from previous years have now expired and new application will need to be made if a pass is required.

Applications will be reviewed by the Inclusion Team during their fortnightly meetings. Following consideration of the information provided, a member of staff will contact you to confirm the outcome and any support arrangements that have been agreed.

We hope that these arrangements will help students develop independence and effective self-management strategies while ensuring that appropriate support is available when needed.
